The Radici Pignataro Interamna Project was created to maintain the connection between the town and the communities of pignataresi emigrants around the world, also involving the children and grandchildren of emigrant families.
Through Roots Tourism, promoted by the national program Italea, the project aims to create a bridge between those who left and those who stayed, between past and future generations.
The website represents a stable point of contact with the hometown, aimed at promoting genealogical research already carried out and collecting new testimonies.
Consolidate the relationship between Pignataro Interamna and its citizens abroad, creating a global community united by their origins.
Help people rediscover their family history through genealogical research and historical documents.
Encourage return trips to the hometown, accompanying visitors in rediscovering places and traditions.

The project is aimed not only at first-generation emigrants, but especially at their children and grandchildren who, despite never having been to Pignataro Interamna, carry in their hearts the stories told by their grandparents.
Through this website and related initiatives, we want to create a global network of "pignataresi in the world", united by common belonging and the desire to keep alive the connection with the land of their ancestors.
